Shipping Info: We are shipping all ordered items in one parcel. So if you buy a preorder item together with other things all purchases will be sent as soon as the preorder is ready to be shipped.

The shipping charges are based on weight and distance. Please note that all shipping prices are for registered shipping. If you want super fast priority shipping get in contact via shop@apoptose.net before you order.

Once shipped orders take around 5-10 working days inside the EU and 10-20 days outside the EU. Due to Covid-19 reasons overseas shipping happens by seaway at the moment. That means these mailings sometimes may take 1-2 months. Airmail to destinations like the US or Australia is possible by priority mail (see above).

For your tracking convenience your email-address will be provided to the shipping service. So you may get emails that inform you about the status of your delivery.
Return Policy: Items may be returned in as new condition within 14 days of purchase. The customer pays return shipping costs.

All goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to us - please make sure to send all returns via registered delivery to ensure their arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if items have clearly been used, worn or otherwise soiled after purchase.
